Meal Plan Type Differences

You can switch back and forth between the various Meal Plan Types at any time in your Preferences!

The Family Favorites plan: This plan is sure to please everyone at the table with classic dishes like pancakes, sandwiches, and pasta upgraded with plenty of veggies, fruits, whole grains, and beans.

The 22 Day Revolution plan: This plan enables you to follow the 22 Day Revolution, customized to you! The meals are gluten- and soy-free and made from clean, whole foods. 

The Beyonce's Kitchen plan: Follow the plan Beyonce used to get back into shape for Coachella! This plan will feed your imagination with creative ingredients like chia seeds and quinoa, and a breadth of flavorful cuisines - from Mexican to Thai and all types of flavors in between!

The Performance Fuel plan: This plan offers a balance of energizing carbohydrates from fruits, veggies, and whole grains; plant-based protein from beans and legumes; healthy fats from nuts and seeds; and a sprinkle of superfoods that are best known for their antioxidant activity.
