Can I have snacks?
The planner makes recommendations for 3 main meals, plus snacks!
If you are following the 22 Days Revolution meal plan, 22 Days recommends only eating snacks as needed. Remember, you’re trying to get used to eating just three meals, and as your body adjusts, you may need a snack to tide you over. Here are some snack ideas:
- Nuts, raw and unsalted
- A piece of fruit
- Cut veggies with 2 tbsp. Hummus
- 1 tbsp. of nut butter with celery, apples, pears, bananas, etc.
- Small smoothie
If you are following the other meal plans that we offer, we find hummus and veggies, fruit, and smoothies great on-the-go snacks. You can also use our search feature to find some great smoothie recipes. Breakfast recipes can also make great snacks as well!
