My Journey to 22 Days

Does your motivation to experience some vegan time and get healthier come from your experiences as a kid? As a child, I saw many of my beloved relatives face disease and a lower quality of life because of their diet and lifestyle choices. I was told that these health challenges “ran in the family” but I didn’t believe it. I made it my mission to learn about prevention so that I could create a better life for myself, my children and my community. 

My journey started in a pre-med program, but I soon realized that I was better suited for a holistic approach, which led me to whole plant-based foods and exercise physiology. I was always in search of perfect plant-based nutrition for optimum wellness. I found that there were limited options when it came to providing the healthy foods my clients needed to perform at their best. Unwilling to settle for what was available on the market, I sought to formulate nutrition-packed, plant-based options for people who are trying to transform their lives, bodies and habits and worked with Beyonce and an amazing team to create 22 Days Nutrition, a plant-based lifestyle solutions company. 

Psychologists have discovered it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. I applied this principle to helping people live a healthier, more energetic and productive life. My goal is to help everyone get to the 22nd day, and achieve a major breakthrough. With the addition of the 22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner, we go one step further.
